I had someone ask me to check their laptop because when they clicked onto Computer the only thing that came up was their Home file. No other files came up and they could not print either.
Success, success it was noted that this person had forgotten to press their wireless button so they were not picking up the signal. This was sorted very easily and quickly.
If this happens to any of you, please check your blue wireless button.
