Mimio Trouble

I'm having trouble with my mimio. It won't connect properly. Everything is plugged in. I go to calibrate and it won't come up on the screen. When I plug in the dongle it makes a sound and down the bottom it says 'connected to device mimio' and then makes another sound and says 'disconnected to device mimio'. It just carries on. Can anyone help? Is my dongle broken?Raewyn

Well done using our blog for support - hopefully this will help others as well.


Is the dongle talking to your computer? Check by pushing in little hole in dongle and little hole on mimio bar at same time. It will ding. I use sharp pencil or pen for this.


Then push calibration button.


If this doesn't work I will come and check


Do you have power to mimio? Is it on batteries?
